Everything we manufacture is a process of measuring, designing, engineering, creating, and testing. The first article process is the only way to ensure that our operators and engineers have attained the correct level of precision in our manufacturing process. Using our ERP quality system, we utilize bar code tracking and automated dispensing to guarantee everything we do is manufactured accurately.
Test, test, and retest is the only way to ensure you have attained the correct level of precision in your manufacturing process. All it takes is one minute deviation from the engineering specs, and we have a failure. At Chemi-Flex, we guarantee everything we do so we make sure it is done right the first time.
A lot of belt manufacturers say they can do qualitative testing on an actual simulated manufacturing run. Some do and some don’t. We are one of the few that do it on everything that we produce. No exceptions. That takes time and expert analysis. We can’t afford not to do it; it's that important.
